Delivery is free in mainland France for orders over €200, at home or in a relay point (3 to 5 working days) only for items in stock.
International
Home delivery by Colissimo, Chronopost or Mondial Relay if your country of residence is eligible.

To request a return or exchange, please log in to our portal and submit your request.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs if your request is for a refund.
Return shipping is free if your request is for an exchange.
Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.

How do you do it? It's easy:
1. Make your request via our portal.
2. Get in touch with the craftsman of your choice to make the alterations.
3. Send us a photo of the reworked part and the invoice via your customer area.
We can cover up to 18 euros of your expenses.
