DELIVERY

In mainland France

Delivery is free in France for orders over €200, to your home or to a relay point (3 to 5 working days).

International

Home delivery by Colissimo, Colissimo Point Relais, Chronopost, Chronopost Point Relais, or FedEx.

If you have any special requests, or if your country of residence is not yet listed, please write to us at contact@barje-paris.fr, and we'll do our best to send you your order :)!

In the case of an undelivered parcel, we offer a voucher for the value of your order.

Delivery via Point Relais

Please note that the customer will take full responsibility for any parcel not collected from the chosen pick up point within the specified time (within 5 working days).

If the parcel is not collected and is returned to the sender, any disruption to its delivery will be charged to the customer.

We recommend that you collect the parcel and request a return if you are not satisfied with your order.

RETOUCHE

Before making a return/exchange request, are you sure that your piece wouldn't fall perfectly on your dream body after a professional alteration?

Barje will cover up to €18 of these costs to fit your new collector's item to your measurements, click on this link.

For current collections, we offer a €18 refund, and for previous collections, a €18 voucher.

Please note that a retouched part cannot be returned.

RETURN

To request a return/exchange please click on this link.

Your return or exchange request must be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your order, whether at a collection point or at your home. The 14-day period begins upon delivery of the parcel and not upon collection of the parcel.

Please note that returns are free of charge for the first request. Once your return has been received, please allow 4 to 5 days for processing and validation.

Once approved by our team, you will receive your refund within 14 business days.

If an item is returned, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

The amount of this deduction varies depending on the country from which the return is made: €0.00 for returns from mainland France (free returns),

€9.00 from Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, or the Netherlands,

€10.00 from Spain or Portugal, and €15.00 from Switzerland or the United Kingdom.

These fees apply to delivery to a pickup point in France.

The remaining refund amount will be issued via the payment method used at the time of purchase, within the timeframes specified in these Terms and Conditions.

Once we receive your return, please allow 7 to 10 days for processing and approval. Once approved by our team, your exchange will be shipped as soon as possible via Chronopost Point Relais to the address you provided when you requested the exchange.

Products must be returned in their original condition, new, unworn and undamaged, suitable for resale.

If you find that your product is defective, you must report it to our customer service department by selecting the return reason "defective product" via our returns platform, and by writing to us at contact@barje-paris.fr, indicating the defect.

In the event of non-compliance with these conditions, no return will be eligible for a refund or credit note. 

Clothing, products and/or accessories that are damaged or incomplete (missing labels, soiled, with traces of foundation or odor, torn, holes, etc.) will not be reimbursed.

Any return made differently will not be taken into account.

The customer is responsible for the return of the product not validated for a trade-in.
