Delivery is free in mainland France for orders over €200, at home or in a relay point (3 to 5 working days) only for items in stock.
International
Home delivery by Colissimo or Chronopost Point Relais, if your country of residence is eligible.

RETURN/CHANGE
To request a return or exchange, please log in to our portal and submit your request.
If an item is returned, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. The amount of this deduction varies depending on the country from which the return is made: €0.00 for a return from mainland France (free return), €9.00 from Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, or the Netherlands, €10.00 from Spain or Portugal, and €15.00 from Switzerland or the United Kingdom. These fees cover shipping to a pickup point in France. The remaining refund amount will be issued via the payment method used at the time of the order, within the timeframes specified in these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Returns or exchanges can be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
